The following are some of the most common questions we get from clients as they look to get started with us.
Do I need to be an athlete or have weight lifting experience to train here?
No, you do not need to play a sport or have a history of playing sports to train here. We believe everyone is an athlete and deserves to perform their best in life! Many of our members are first time lifters who acknowledge the health benefits of strength training and want the experts (our coaches!) to teach them how to train safely and effectively.
How big are the classes?
Small group with 4-8 people max. This ensures personalized support for your training within a welcoming community environment.
Is this Crossfit?
No, we do functional fitness training that helps you move, look, and feel better. Our members leave the gym feeling better than when they came in. We specialize in fixing your aches and injuries so you can live a pain free life.
What do I need to get started?
A positive attitude and a smile. Beginners are welcome and we will meet you where you are even if you have not left the couch in years. Your goals are our goals and we want you the achieve your best health.
