My daughter’s volleyball team, Delaware Juniors, partnered with 3&D so I came to try a workout and was hooked! The whole coaching staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! They incorporate a lot of movements of stretching and mobility along with strength and conditioning, which is exactly what I need. I am already seeing improvements and it’s only been a few weeks. My daughter tried the speed and agility class and loved it! We will both be coming to 3&D! Highly recommend!!
