Lovell Kosh is an expert in injury prevention. Coaching athletes for over 15 years and has never had an athlete suffer from a major injury (ACL, Achilles, etc).
Coach Kosh is a former 2-sport college athlete turned certified strength and conditioning coach. He has a Master’s degree in Exercise Science with over 15-years of coaching experience working with athletes from high school – pro levels.
After training athletes overseas in Europe, Lovell has returned to Delaware with his fiancé to open 3&D Sports Performance, an athletic sports-specific training facility located in Wilmington.
Raychel Shannon works with athletes of all levels looking to perform better through proper fueling and prioritized recovery. She is especially passionate about empowering young women and building confidence through sports.
Coach Shannon is a former professional basketball player who played in multiple countries across the globe.
She brings her educational expertise with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science as well as multiple certifications including NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), ISSN Sports Nutritionist, and Kion Coach.
Raychel brings the “3” to 3&D Sports Performance as she is a knockdown shooter who will take on any and all challengers.
Coach Corey joined the 3&D Sports Performance team as a full-time Performance coach after completing our internship program. Coach Corey comes in with a wealth of knowledge and experience. He served 7 years of active duty with the military, he has his ISSA certification and he’s currently studying for his CSCS. He also has his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Strength and Conditioning.
He is a native Delawarean and he attended high school at Pencader Charter High School where he played varsity football. When he’s not coaching in 3&D Sports, he loves to spend time doing outdoor activities with his family.
